As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with clients to implement behavior treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use your skills in observation, data collection, and reinforcement to help clients with autism and other developmental disabilities acquire new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), you will support clients and families in implementing behavior treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You will use your knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to conduct assessments, design intervention plans, and oversee the work of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will lead the development and implementation of behavior treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will use your expertise in ABA to conduct assessments, design interventions, analyze data, and train other professionals and caregivers on how to implement effective behavior strategies.
